What if I Don't Have a Vector Logo?
Don't worry. While a vector file like an Illustrator or EPS file gives us the cleanest starting point, we work with business owners every single day who only have a JPEG, a PNG, or even just a sketch on paper. Send us what you have. Our design team will help translate your concept into a precise, buildable design, and we will not start fabricating until you have approved every detail of the mockup.

What kind of file do you need?
We prefer an Illustrator or vector file for the best quality, but we can work with most file types including JPG, PNG, and PDF.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes! We can color-match using provided HEX, Pantone, or CMYK references. Custom color matching is an additional cost.
What sizes do you offer?
We can make almost any size, but most signs range from 24" to 60" wide. Let us know what space you're working with. We charge by the square-inch and per color.
Can I use my logo or design?
Yes — just upload it! We work from logos, sketches, or even rough concepts.
How do they ship?
Typically we ship UPS ground unless the size is too large, then we use freight.
What's the turn-around time?
We need 4-6 weeks from the day the order is finalized to handcraft your custom sign. Rush orders are available for an additional fee if you need it sooner.
What do you need from me to build a custom logo sign?
A vector file (AI, SVG, or PDF) gives us the cleanest result, but we can absolutely work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Beyond the artwork, we'll confirm the size that fits your space, your brand colors, whether it's going indoors or outdoors, and your ideal timeline. From there, we handle the rest — mockup, fabrication, and delivery.
How much does a custom business sign cost?
Because every logo is unique, pricing varies based on the overall size, the number of colors, and the complexity of the design. Do custom logo signs require electricity?
It depends on your design choice. If you choose an illuminated sign with backlighting or marquee bulbs, it will require power. Most of our illuminated custom signs plug directly into a standard wall outlet, making installation easy without the need for an electrician. If you choose a non-illuminated dimensional metal sign, no power is required at all. It simply mounts to the wall like a piece of art.
What is the difference between this and a neon sign?
Neon signs are made from fragile glass tubes or LED strips that mimic the look. Our custom business signs are fabricated from solid, heavy-duty metal, built by hand, and designed to last for decades.
